The salon describes its guest experience as luxury and says it combines artistry with the highest-quality products. The space is meant to feel relaxing, and services are grouped into brows, color, extensions, hair, jewelry, lashes, styling and waxing.

Extensions are one of the larger parts of the menu. Hand-tied extensions use 100% human hair by Bellami. New clients have a consultation first, and their service can include custom color, foiling, toning, cutting and blending. Extension clients pay 50% up front and 50% on the day, and should book at least three to five business days ahead so the hair can arrive on time.

Lash and brow services cover tints, lifts, lash sets in classic, hybrid and volume styles, and brow lamination and shaping. Volume sets use handmade fans applied to each natural lash, and hybrid sets mix classic and volume application.

The salon is also leasing space to independent artists in a curated, collaborative setting. Clients are asked to give at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, new clients pay a non-refundable deposit, and text or email reminders are sent at least 72 hours before appointments.
