O'tentic G Locs LLC was founded by Grace Paintsil and operates from two locations: one on Edwards Ferry Road in Leesburg, Virginia, and one on Colston Road in Charles Town, West Virginia. The Charles Town location is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sundays.

Services cover the full range of loc care. Clients can book consultations for new Sisterlocks, Microlocks, regular locs and extension work, as well as installs, retightenings, single-loc and multi-loc repairs, extensions, and styling. Traditional loc retwists are priced by whether the work includes an undercut or covers the full head. Detox soaks that clean inside the shaft of each loc, protein treatments, and shampoo services with braid and band or braid out finishes are also available.

Retightening and retwist visits follow a set schedule: traditional retwists every six to nine weeks, and Sisterlocks or Microlocks retightenings every six to seven weeks. A fee applies for each additional week past those marks. Single-loc repairs cover up to six inches, and anything longer carries an extra fee. Clients transferring to Sisterlocks or Microlocks can book a shorter transfer consultation first. Without one, the price of a transfer retightening may be adjusted at the appointment.
