Nylashes offers lash extensions at two Lowell addresses.

Custom lash sets are shaped to each client's eye shape, the look they want and their personal style, and can range from soft and natural to full and dramatic. Signature sets are built around a specific look the client picks. The business describes signature sets as its most requested lash looks.

Every custom and signature set appointment includes the Lash Nap Experience, a relaxing add-on period with optional masks. Add-ons start at $5 and take about five minutes. The Ultimate Luxury Add-On combines the Lash Nap options into one choice.

Booking and aftercare rules are clear. Infills must be booked within two to three weeks of the previous appointment and need at least 50% fullness, otherwise they are charged as a full set. Touch-ups are only accepted within the same week as the prior visit. Sets from another lash artist must be removed before a full set can be booked. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the total service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are cancelled after the grace period.
