The salon combines a nail salon with a wider spa menu. Most of the price list is nail work: classic and gel manicures, dip powder, a long run of add-ons, spa pedicures, and enhancements in acrylic, gel, Gel X and LCN Pink finishes. Alongside these are a range of facials, several massage lengths, and waxing for the face and body.
Facials run from a 30-minute express treatment up to a 75-minute ultrasound facial. The menu includes a basic and a soothing facial, a men's ritual designed for men, an acne treatment, and a firmness ritual. The ultrasound facial is described by the salon as using sound waves, also called HIFU or ultrasonic facial, and as stimulating collagen and reducing the look of fine lines. Chair massages run from 10 to 30 minutes, foot massages from 10 to 60 minutes, and body massages are offered at 30, 60 and 90 minutes.
The salon describes its space as roomy and tastefully decorated. It says its staff are highly trained and qualified. Booking policies: clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late lose the original appointment and are rebooked. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or at least 2 hours for same-day bookings; a late cancellation carries a $20 fee added to the next visit. A no-show is charged 25% of the missed service, also added to the next visit. Concerns about a service should be raised during the appointment or within 24 hours after it, and the salon offers a seven-day repair policy for workmanship issues at no extra charge. All services are non-refundable. Staff may decline to serve anyone behaving inappropriately, who is intoxicated, or whose health may affect the service.
