The business starts from the view that every client is different, so each person receives an individualized treatment plan. Several treatments can be combined into one visit once the team has reviewed goals and medical history. Clients are asked to book one to two weeks ahead and to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, as later cancellations may carry a fee. Payment options include major credit cards, debit cards and cash, along with Cherry financing with monthly payments.

Laser hair removal is offered at every location, using YAG, Alexandrite and Candela lasers. The salon says the YAG is designed for darker skin types and the Alexandrite suits lighter skin types, and that its lasers are FDA-approved. Sessions for the upper lip take about five minutes, while larger areas such as legs or back can take up to an hour. Treatable areas include arms, legs, face, back and the bikini area. Before treatment the area should be shaved or cut short, with no plucking or waxing for three weeks; afterward, direct sun and tanning beds should be avoided for at least two weeks.

Injectables include Xeomin and Jeuveau neurotoxins, Radiesse and Revanesse Versa dermal fillers and biostimulators, and lip enhancement with fillers. Neurotoxin results typically last three to four months, while filler and biostimulator results can last six to 18 or more months, depending on product and area. Sessions are brief, and topical numbing is available. GLP-1 weight-management injections and peptide therapies are offered at the Alpharetta, Atlanta and Suwanee locations. Microneedling sessions run 45 to 75 minutes; the salon generally advises a course of weekly sessions over six weeks, followed by quarterly follow-ups. It is not offered to people who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, or have certain medical conditions.

VI Peel comes in three versions. VI Peel Original is suited to first-time peel clients of all skin types and ages. VI Peel Precision Plus is a medium-depth peel that the salon says shows results within about seven days. VI Purify is designed to address acne by clearing pores and reducing acne-causing bacteria. Peeling usually starts two to three days after treatment and can last up to a week. Hydrafacial is a single-session, no-downtime treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates, and dermaplaning is offered as a pairing. Microdermabrasion takes roughly 30 minutes, requires no anesthetic and has no downtime.
