The services fall into three groups. Facial Artistry and Rejuvenation covers neuromodulator and dermal filler injectables, medical-grade peels, collagen induction such as microneedling with RF or PRP, PRF EZ Gel under-eye treatment, advanced facials, medical-grade lasers, and non-surgical skin tightening and face lift. Body Contouring and Wellness includes Kybella fat reduction for the chin, bra bulge, arms, banana roll and abdomen, non-surgical BBL and contouring, and custom IV vitamin and hydration drips. Event and Lifestyle Preparation covers pre-event treatments, bridal and occasion packages, a Red Carpet pre-event program, and a private glamour team for hair, brow and makeup.

Every treatment plan starts with a consultation, which is built around each client's goals. Virtual consultations are a 20-minute Google Meet with a licensed aesthetic provider, and in-office Experience Consultations take place at the Riverdale location; both are $50 and require a $50 deposit at booking. Deposits count toward the final service total and are non-refundable, but can move to a new date with at least 48 hours' notice. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours and to pause retinol, exfoliating acids and harsh skincare for three to five days.

Concierge bookings begin with a personal consultation, after which the studio handles scheduling and logistics. Concierge appointments require a $100 deposit and carry a flat $150 travel fee that is the same across all five boroughs. The site says concierge treatments are provided by board-certified specialists. The studio states that it uses pharmaceutical-grade products, that it has refined more than 1,500 faces, and that its team has more than 15 years of combined expertise.

Clinical precision is paired with artistry, with the aim of natural-looking results. Each treatment plan is shaped around the client's goals after a consultation.
