The lash menu is built around three styles. Angel Lashes are an ultra-lightweight volume set, not a classic look, with a soft, airy, textured finish. Volume Lashes are soft and fluffy, with fullness and texture that can be adjusted. Mega Lashes are the fullest and most dramatic option, with maximum density. Full sets start at $150 for Angel, $180 for Volume and $210 for Mega, with touch-ups and 2 and 3 week fills priced below each full set.

The salon describes its lash artistry as luxury, customized to each client's features and lifestyle. Fill appointments are timed from the previous visit and depend on the condition of the remaining extensions. Appointments beyond 3 weeks need a full set, and touch-ups must be booked within 10 days of the last fill.

Every service requires an intake form and a policy and liability waiver, and online bookings must complete these before they are confirmed. Clients have a 15 minute grace period; arriving later can mean a shortened service or a cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service. Fees are sent by invoice and are due the same day. Pre-booking is recommended and no deposit is taken. Because the space is limited, children need to be able to sit calmly through a service and extra guests are discouraged.

Training is part of the business. NVR Beauty Bar offers an Arizona State Board Approved lash certification program as well as AZ Board Accredited training. Booth rentals are available to independent beauty professionals, including lash and brow artists. Renters keep all of their own clientele and set their own hours. The salon's stated aim is a space where women build confidence and grow, with a community atmosphere and no competition among creatives.

Independent and community-minded: each creative sets their own services, pricing, scheduling and booking rules, while the space is shared and education is part of the work.
