Every patient begins with a Get to Know You Consultation, typically 45 to 60 minutes. The visit reviews medical history, medications, lifestyle factors and the current skincare routine, and includes an imaging-based skin analysis covering texture, pigmentation, fine lines, elasticity, hydration, pore size and facial balance. The skin age figure is an imaging estimate, not a laboratory measurement. The visit ends with a written report, a personalized plan, at-home and lifestyle suggestions and a treatment timeline. Treatment on the same day is optional. Patients are asked to arrive without makeup if possible, to bring current skincare products or photos of their labels, and to list all medications and supplements, including over-the-counter products.
