The spa works by appointment only. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm and Friday from 9 am to 8 pm, Eastern time, with Saturday evening hours on alternating weeks. Water and individual snacks are offered during visits, and the treatment bed is motorized, with white linens, a warm blanket and an adjustable bed warmer.

The spa describes its treatments as combining naturally derived products with modern technology and science. The menu runs from a signature facial with deep extractions and high frequency to Gemstoned and clinical corrective facials, laser resurfacing, microneedling with Korean stem cell exosomes or PRP plasma, and body treatments such as lipocavitation and radiofrequency skin tightening. The site calls El Popular Facial its most popular service; it combines microdermabrasion or dermaplaning with an O2 dome and advanced light therapy.

Clients are asked to skip makeup on the day of a visit and to avoid sun exposure in the 48 hours before treatment. Payment in full is due when services are rendered, and services already performed are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Cancellations or confirmations require 24 hours notice, and a $60 fee applies to appointments not handled within that window. The spa accepts cash, payment apps, gift cards, credit and debit cards with a 3% transaction fee, and Cherry Payments, and it offers payment plans through Cherry. Treatments combine naturally derived products with modern technology and science, and the spa will not recommend or agree to a service that is contraindicated for a client's skin type.
