A Gel Manicure takes 50 minutes and includes shaping, cuticle care and gel polish cured for durability, which the business says can last up to 14 days. Removing old gel before a Gel Manicure adds $15. The Spa Pedicure, TLC Pedicure and one-hour Signature Chocolate Pedicure are the longer options, and the TLC Pedicure is designed for clients with very dry feet.
Booking has a few firm rules. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations forfeit half the service fee. Spa treatments are reserved with a $25 deposit that goes toward the visit. Parties must add the travel fee when they pay the deposit; it is listed at $35 and may vary by distance. No-shows forfeit the full deposit, and products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handcrafted orders ship within two to three business days.
The studio is open most weekdays and Saturday morning, and closed on Sunday. Beyond appointments, clients can buy sugar scrubs, bath soaks, pillow misters, a Manicure Kit, product packages, a three-month spa membership or eGift cards, and can attend workshops on natural products for a balanced lifestyle.
