New clients can start with a new client consultation. Product pickup is also offered. Facials start at $95, and microneedling starts at $295 for full face with Nurse Barbie or $450 for full face with Nurse Karen.

Online booking requires a credit card. A $100 fee applies to late cancellations or no-shows, and a client who arrives late is charged the full treatment fee with the service adjusted as needed. Financing is available through Cherry, with some plans at 0% APR subject to eligibility.

The Bridal Skin Package is for brides or grooms who begin three to six months before the wedding. It includes two laser and microneedling sessions, two one-hour facials with lash and brow tinting, and a medical-grade skincare regimen. Pigment Correction and Acne Scar Repair packages are also offered.
