Appointments can be arranged as at-home, hotel or workplace visits, and group or event bookings are also taken, covering Austin and nearby areas. Travel is not offered for orders under $100, and at-home visits carry a $100 minimum per appointment. Advanced Wellness services need to be reserved ahead of time. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation or a missed appointment incurs a $50 fee. Between visits, clients can get in touch by phone or text, and inquiries sent through the contact form are answered within 24 hours.

The weight loss program starts with a 30-minute consultation with a nurse practitioner, and an initial consultation at $75 is required before starting. Semaglutide starts at $299 per month and tirzepatide at $349 per month. A month-to-month option is available with no long-term commitment. The three-month packages, The Reset, The Transformation, and The Full Rewire, include the medication shipped to the client and all follow-up consultations, and a weight loss accountability coach provides bimonthly check-in calls and regular text support. In-office body composition weigh-ins are offered with the Hume Body Pod, priced at $229.

Fertility care covers in-home injection administration, daily or one-time injections, medication education and organization, and injection support for IVF and egg freezing full cycles. Pricing includes $149 for progesterone in oil injections, $150 for a one-time injection administration, and $200 to $250 for trigger shots depending on the time. A medication organization and injection training class is $250, and a 20-minute virtual injection coaching call is $99.

Aesthetics treatments begin with a private consultation. Neurotoxin treatments range from $125 for lip flip, nose lift, nose slimming, and under eye roll, up to $500 for jawline slimming, masseters, and neck slimming. Filler options include lip, lower face, nasolabial fold, cheek, chin, and jawline work, and they use Versa filler. Facial balancing is listed at $800. Cheek, chin, and jawline filler pricing is listed as to be determined.

Payment is accepted by credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and HSA/FSA, and the practice does not accept insurance. Fertility care payment is due at the time of service. The practice says it follows HIPAA guidelines and keeps medical history and services confidential. It also states that its services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
