The body care menu includes several massage styles: a Chinese-inspired holistic Bio Energy Massage, and a 70-minute Combination Massage that blends lymphatic drainage, deep tissue work, cupping and hot stone techniques. Cupping is offered in dry form and as wet cupping (Hijama), which uses suction and superficial skin incisions; the booking site says wet cupping is performed by certified practitioners using sterile, medical-grade equipment. A one-hour Hijama cupping training session is also listed at $300. Leech therapy is available, and body sculpting comes as single EMS or Endospheres sessions or as 10-session packages.

Face and skin services include microneedling, mesotherapy with a customized blend of vitamins, antioxidants, peptides and hydrating ingredients, and a Lutronic laser skin resurfacing treatment that targets pigmentation, sun spots, acne scars, enlarged pores and fine lines. The 90-minute Royal Renewal Ritual combines deep cleansing, ultrasound, a Hydrafacial, LED light therapy and a full-body massage. Pico Laser is used for tattoo removal and for removing permanent makeup from the brows, and the booking site says those treatments are performed by certified specialists. The spa says it uses only medical-grade products and equipment and that its specialists are highly trained and certified.

Laser hair removal is priced by area, from single areas such as the chin, sideburns and upper lip to full-body sessions, with unlimited-session pricing listed for larger areas. Laser packages of 15 sessions are offered, and clients booking two or more laser areas receive 20% off. Sessions are typically spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. Before treatment, clients are asked to shave the area 24 hours in advance and to avoid sun, tanning and waxing for 4 to 6 weeks, and topical numbing cream is available for sensitive areas. Free consultations are offered to all new clients and to anyone considering laser or advanced skincare.

Booking can be done online through the HeyGoldie system, by phone or through WhatsApp. Appointments need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and late cancellations may carry a 50% service fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service fee, and repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, and rescheduling through the booking link moves the deposit to the new time. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. Clients under 18 need parental consent, and some treatments have minimum age requirements. Payment is due at service and can be made by cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo. Package deals are paid in full at purchase, and gift certificates are available for any amount or specific services. Weather or unexpected closures lead to rescheduling without penalty.
