The studio looks at the whole person rather than the skin alone. Lifestyle, stress, nutrition and daily habits are considered as part of skin care, and planning begins with an assessment of lifestyle, skin health, barrier function, pigmentation, hydration, aging concerns and current routine.

Each visit moves through four steps: assess, treat, educate and progress. Every appointment includes a wellness check-in, an advanced skin analysis, a personalized treatment plan, a customized facial protocol, home care recommendations and progress tracking. Treatments are tailored to each visit using professional products and modalities chosen for the client's skin that day, so clients do not pick from a list of add-ons.

Services range from the First Light Experience, an introduction for first-time guests, to the NUR Signature Experience, a facial with three pathways: Barrier Renewal, Radiance Renewal and Collagen Renewal. ProCell Microchanneling, a non-invasive collagen-stimulating treatment, is also offered, alongside brow services, waxing and Lymphatic Heat Therapy for Wellhub members.

Pricing is tied to consistent care. Guided Light members receive preferred pricing, priority scheduling and personalized treatment updates. After about one year of consistent care, clients move to the Enduring Light level, which offers protected preferred pricing and long-term maintenance support.

Each visit moves through assessment, treatment, education and progress tracking, with the whole person considered alongside the skin.
