Before a prescription treatment starts, a licensed provider carries out an initial consultation and a clinical assessment and decides whether that treatment fits the patient.

A first visit is a $150 initial consult, and follow-ups are $75. Bloodwork can be drawn in the office or through a mobile draw, and results are typically back within 48 hours. Prescription medications come through the office or a licensed partner pharmacy, and supplies are shipped from 503A pharmacy partners to the patient's home. For programs with self-administered medications, staff train patients to use them safely, and the practice offers weigh-ins and nutrition recommendations along the way.

Offices are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM by appointment only; closed Sunday. Patients can pay cash or use insurance, in which case only the specialist physician co-pay is collected for the visit. Cherry financing lets patients pay for services in equal monthly payments; approvals go up to $10,000 with a soft credit check, and applicants must be 18 or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and a bank-issued debit card. HSA, CareCredit, major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

Each plan is overseen by medical staff. Prescription care begins once a licensed clinician has held an intake discussion and completed a clinical assessment with the patient. Results differ between individuals, and none are guaranteed.
