Classic extensions place one lash on each natural lash, so fullness depends on how many natural lashes a client has. Hybrid extensions mix classic lashes with ultra-thin 2D to 8D fans, with light or dramatic mixes available. Volume extensions place two or more very fine synthetic lashes on each natural lash, in any length, curl and shape. Mega options are offered as longer-interval fills, and lash lifts and tints are available for clients who want their natural lashes conditioned and darkened instead of extended.

Appointments run from about 15 minutes for a tint up to about two hours for a volume or mega full set, and clients keep their eyes closed for most of that time. Clients are asked to arrive within a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation with the full service charged. Guests, children and pets are not permitted at appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay, and exact change is requested. Services are not refundable, but corrections are free if reported within 24 hours; after that a normal fill is needed. Clients who think they may react to lash adhesive should tell the studio at any point, which will assess whether the lashes need to come off.

Parking on the street is free. A limited number of free spots are available in the Canal Station South Condominium garage at 5446 Leary Ave NW. Clients can text the studio on arrival to receive the garage entry code.
