Each visit begins with a consultation to choose shape, length, color and design. Services then follow four steps: consultation, preparation, creation, and a final touch. Complimentary beverages are offered during visits. Tools and single-use disposable materials are sterilized in an autoclave, and the studio says it uses medical-grade sterilization for every tool and describes its hygiene as guaranteed.

The menu covers classic and gel manicures, a regular and a VIP spa pedicure, and acrylic work including sculpted nails, gel or polygel overlays, and refills. The VIP spa pedicure includes exfoliation, targeted callus treatment, and deep hydration with creams or candle therapy. Nail reconstruction is offered to repair and restore damaged or compromised nails. Nail art includes custom designs in modern French, marble effect, baby boomer and hand-painted styles, along with rhinestones and 3D nails. The studio says the gel polish can last up to three weeks without chipping.

Hydration experiences include paraffin wax sessions, super deep hydration for hands or feet, velotherapy for hands or feet, and Queen Luxury Hydration, which includes a gold mask and velotherapy. Velotherapy is a candle-based hand treatment using warm candle oil and essential oils, and it can be added to any manicure.

Private groups can book birthday celebrations, girls' days, bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings and team retreats built around relaxation and team bonding, as well as private events and workshops. Private bookings can include custom catering, decor, and studio use for the group. Custom event packages, availability and guest capacity are discussed by contacting the studio directly.

The studio also offers a 2-day, in-person Basic Manicure Course for beginners in Peachtree Corners. No prior nail experience is required. The course is taught in small groups with personalized instruction and hands-on practice on live models. It covers nail anatomy and health, sanitation and safety, manicure techniques, product knowledge and client consultation. Students receive a professional starter kit and a Certificate of Completion. Course dates, pricing and availability are provided on request.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:30pm and is closed on Sundays. The studio says its team keeps training in the latest nail art and structure trends.

The studio follows a consultation-first process and sterilizes tools and single-use materials in an autoclave. Each service is planned around the client's chosen shape, length, color and design.

The studio is private and quiet, with one client per session and no crowding.
