Nueva Vida Beauty works exclusively with lash extensions, so the menu centers on four set styles rather than a wider range of beauty services.

The classic set places one faux lash on each natural lash, a one-to-one ratio meant to look natural, close to mascara. The hybrid set mixes that approach with volume fans: each natural lash gets either a single classic lash or a volume fan, producing a lighter, wispier finish. The volume set uses only volume fans for a fuller look. The mega volume set uses heavier, thicker lashes than the volume set for a very full result, and the studio notes that it is not suitable for every client because it needs a strong enough lash line.

Every new client receives a consultation. New clients pay a $50 deposit toward their first full set appointment, and that deposit is credited against the full set purchase made at the appointment. The deposit is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours ahead.

The studio has clear rules about work done elsewhere. It does not service lash extensions that another lash business applied. When previous lash work came from another business, the existing extensions must be removed before a full set is applied.

Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment must be rescheduled. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients who miss an appointment without cancelling must pay 50% of the new appointment's total before they can book again.
