The salon describes its offering as personalized service and innovation in hair care, and says it uses current techniques and products.

The salon lists creativity, inclusivity and excellence as its core values. Its menu is organized into eight groups: braiding, locs, hair extensions, natural hair, salon pro cuts and men's services, shampooing, conditioning and treatments, and relaxers. Braiding ranges from men's braids and two-strand twists to Fulani braids, crochet braids, faux locs and Jah locs in several lengths.

Several services require a consultation first. Loc services can need one, and a loc consultation is offered in the salon only. Clients who are not sure which hair extension service suits them can book a hair extension consultation, and natural hair consultations can be held by Zoom video with the stylist. Appointments booked at or after 7 PM CST may carry a $38 late booking fee, and appointments at 9 PM or later carry a late night fee. The salon is closed on Mondays and Saturdays, and its website lists evening hours on the other days.

Clients who keep their locs maintained can join a monthly LOC PRO membership at $250 per month, or LOC PRO Sister Locs at $235 per month, both with a $5 account setup fee. Membership includes a monthly maintenance session, unlimited shampoos, trims and styling, up to 50% off loc maintenance services, and up to 15% off products at ANUE Beauty Supply in Sherman. The Sister Locs plan includes one sister loc maintenance session and one mini detox each month.
