Each service is tailored. Brows are mapped to the shape of the client's bone structure, lashes are chosen to suit the eye shape, and facials are customized around the skin concerns a client brings in.

The brow menu runs from threading and simple shaping to tinting, staining and brow lamination, with a Full Brow Package that combines shaping with a tint or stain and includes an aftercare kit. Lash services cover classic, hybrid and volume extension sets, timed fills, and lash tinting. A lash consultation covers lash goals, a natural lash assessment and a patch test.

Facials range from a 30-minute express option with a personalized skin regimen to a Bare Skin Basics treatment focused on cleansing, gentle exfoliation and hydration. Other options include dermaplaning, an anti-aging facial with an enzyme mask and serums, an advanced facial that is not ideal for first-time clients, a facial designed for men's skin, and microneedling, which creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin. Waxing covers the face, underarms, legs and bikini and Brazilian areas. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sunday. Bookings are made online through its Glossgenius page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Several services take a deposit for new clients, and late arrivals, short-notice changes and missed visits carry a 50% fee.
