Scheduling requires a $40 non-refundable deposit. Services under $40 are paid in full at booking. A client may pay only the deposit up front, but paying in full stops changes to the appointment. One reschedule is allowed per deposit if requested within 14 days of the original visit; after that, a new deposit is needed. Changes are requested in the app and the stylist approves or declines them.
Men's manicures run from $40 for a basic service to $60 for a deluxe one, and men's pedicures range from $50 to $70. Relax in the Spa Pedicure and Luxury Living Deluxe Pedi, at $70 and $90, are the higher-priced pedicure options. Men's pedicures cannot be booked after hours. Kids' services include a $10 Tiny Tot Toes, a $20 Princess Mani and a $25 Princess Pedi.
Acrylic toe services run from $110 to $150. Clients getting new acrylic on toes must arrive with bare nails or pay a $50 removal charge, and the salon does not work over other nail work on toes.
Each appointment is for one client. Extra guests are not allowed, children may come only when they are being serviced, and double dates and group bookings are not accepted. Slots are held for 10 minutes past the start time, and a $20 late fee applies to late arrivals. Appointments with no communication or ETA after the grace period are cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. A $1 fee applies for not showing up. Questions can be called in between 9am and 8pm or texted to 480.253.6875. The business is listed as closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
