Services fall into three groups. Surgical procedures include deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, general eyelid surgery, brow lift, lip lift in direct, central, Italian and corner forms, otoplasty, chin implants, cheek augmentation, buccal fat removal, submental liposuction, facial fat grafting, and several rhinoplasty options including revision, male and Asian or ethnic rhinoplasty. Non-surgical options include injectable fillers, Botox and Dysport, Sculptra, Restylane, injectable rhinoplasty, PRP facials, RF microneedling, Morpheus8, QuantumRF skin tightening, FaceTite, CO2 laser resurfacing and a non-surgical facelift. The aesthetics group covers HydraFacial, chemical peels, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, hyperpigmentation treatment, lip enhancement and Botox for sweating.

A deep plane facelift is done under general anesthesia and typically takes several hours. Facelift patients are advised to stay overnight at a partner recovery center in Las Vegas or Dubai, and they are offered concierge service and post-op care. Sutures are removed in stages between days 5 and 10. Eyelid surgery is an outpatient procedure with about one to two hours of monitoring in the office, and patients need transportation home. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are given in the office without anesthesia and need no recovery time.

The Las Vegas clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday visits by appointment only and Sunday closed. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead; a $50 fee goes to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
