Facials form the core of the menu. The Discovery is a first-time client facial lasting about 1 hour 30 minutes, including a complimentary consultation that adds 20 to 30 minutes beforehand. It includes a double cleanse, enzyme and steam, extractions when needed, neck, shoulder, and facial massage, a mask, and finishing products. The Transcendent is a fully customized two-hour facial in which three advanced modalities are chosen from a menu that includes dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, gua sha, LED, or an upgraded mask. A 90-minute customized Opulence Facial at $180 is also listed.

The Ocean Reiki Facial runs 2 hours 15 minutes and combines dry brushing, a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, crystal facial massage, a mask, and a reiki portion. Reiki energy healing is offered in 45- and 75-minute sessions and may include light scanning, sound baths, tuning forks, aromatherapy, pendulums, and guided meditation. The ASMR Ritual is a 75-minute back and scalp service using singing bowls, combs, gua sha tools, brushes, crystals, light massage, and aromatherapy.

Other services include a Korean lash lift using a cysteamine-based BOOST system formula, lash and brow tinting, and waxing for lip, brows, and underarms. A full-hour channeled reading may draw on oracle cards, channeling, mediumship, remote viewing, body scanning, akashic records, or guided journeys, and virtual sessions are available.

Booking is by appointment only, and a card on file is required but is not charged until after the service. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours, and no-shows, may be charged a fee of up to 50 percent, and clients cannot book again until that fee is paid. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, with a deposit of up to 50 percent going toward the next service. Guests, children, and pets are not permitted, and clients who are sick are asked to stay home and let the spa know as soon as possible.
