The color menu includes a temporary color glaze that uses no ammonia or peroxide, and a demi color that is not offered on its own and can be paired with a relaxer. Demi color lasts about 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the person, and carries a $10 add-on when more than 2 inches of gray new growth is present. Root color, booked with a shampoo, covers the first inch with extra inches priced separately. Partial crown highlights require a consultation first, which is charged at $15 and applied to the service.

For relaxed hair, the salon offers full relaxers, retouches of new growth and a partial halo relaxer for short hair, with shea butter in the retouch and virgin relaxer. For natural hair, styling includes a silk press done with a titanium flatiron, spiral and corkscrew rod sets, and flat twists. Protective and pre-braid packages, roller wraps and a vegan-based smoothing and repair treatment that lasts up to 3 months are also available.

Memberships are billed monthly, at $260 for relaxed hair and $320 for natural hair, and each includes four shampoo styles and a protein treatment. The shop page says memberships save $25 compared with the regular price. Trims come with a routine visit guideline of every 2 months for relaxed hair and every 3 months for natural hair. Clients should know that children are only allowed when receiving a service, extra guests are not permitted, a $15 fee applies after a 15-minute grace period, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows are charged half the service price to the card on file.
