Nu Style Salon

Nu Style Salon was established in 2007 in Union, New Jersey, and is run by its owner and Master Colorist, Yohayne Garcia. The salon is located on Morris Avenue and offers full-service hair care.

Color is the salon's main focus, with particular attention to lived-in blonde and balayage techniques. Other services on the team include smoothing and hair care treatments, styling, braids and creative extensions, highlights, lamination, eyebrow shaping, waxing, and hybrid or classic lash designs. Makeup work for bridal and editorial looks is also offered.

The salon says it wants to provide a luxury hair and beauty experience in a welcoming atmosphere, and that it keeps its techniques updated to follow changing fashion trends. It uses products from Alfaparf Milano, AG, Olaplex, K18 and IGK, and says it looks for vegan formulas, natural ingredients and cruelty-free products.
