The treatment uses a diamond tip wand with suction to exfoliate the outer layer of skin and is offered for fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and enlarged, clogged pores. The Nu Client Facial starts with a consultation about skin concerns and current routine, with adjustments made as needed. It then includes skin analysis, deep pore cleansing, extractions when needed, professional exfoliation, facial massage and a mask, and clients leave with skincare samples chosen for their skin type.

According to the studio, it is thought to help clear out the vagina and uterus, support a more regular menstrual cycle, and lessen menstrual cramping and bloating. Nu Brazilian Wax offers pubic hair removal using hard wax. To book waxing, hair must be at least as long as a grain of rice.

Booking follows set rules. Appointments must be prepaid and must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with notice are refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee, while cancelling or missing an appointment within 24 hours of the booking results in no refund. Failing to follow the booking policies can lead to being barred from booking future appointments.
