New clients are not given color services on a first visit. Instead they are asked to call the salon to set up a consultation, and a complimentary 30-minute consultation can also be booked. Color pricing depends on hair type, length, density and the kind of color, so most prices are given by phone rather than listed online.

The menu runs from a quick brow arch or strip lash appointment to longer chemical and styling work. Relaxers come in three forms: a standard relaxer with conditioner and style, a spot relaxer for the sides and back only, and a virgin hair relaxer that takes about two hours. Semi color and scalp exfoliation are add-ons that go with a main service, and the spot relaxer is also add-on only. Quick weaves, weave service, texturizer and style, and hair replacement system appointments are also available.

Plan extra time when booking: shampoo and style services need one to two hours, relaxer services about three, and add-ons may take longer. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a $25 fee applies. Clients can book online or call if no online time is open. Gift cards can be bought through the booking page. Hours on the booking page are Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed.
