Visits can be in person or by telehealth. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Same-day rapid test results are offered, and laboratory testing is done on site, with tests chosen by the healthcare provider. Assistance programs are available for low-income patients, whether or not they have insurance.

Primary care covers preventive exams, screenings, well exams, management of chronic conditions and treatment of minor illness, and the clinic coordinates with specialists when needed. The HIV services include PrEP and PEP, and the clinic also offers hepatitis treatment planning, STI screening and treatment for several infections, case management that coordinates medical and psychosocial services, and mental health support.

The spa side includes facial treatments such as Botox, Mesobotox, derma pen treatment, plasma pen, fillers and platelet-rich plasma. Facial cleansing options range from a basic cleanse to deep cleaning and peeling.
