Lash services cover full sets, LED/UV full sets, fill-ins, bottom lashes, color lashes and removal. A lash fill is available up to 21 days after the last visit if at least 40% of the lashes remain; after that window the appointment is priced as a full set. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, the Brazilian area and a full body option, with a package of three Brazilian waxes that includes two free waxes plus a free underarm wax. Skin care includes a back facial and a same-day Vajacial.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead; shorter-notice cancellations are charged 50% or $50, whichever is greater, of the remaining balance, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full remaining balance. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee and may lead to cancellation if other clients are booked after. Some services require a deposit of $5 to $50, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
