NTB Aesthetics by Nancy is a private skincare studio in Glendale, Arizona, run by Nancy Thalia Baker, a licensed esthetician and laser technician. The studio is in Building B, Suite 17 at Sara Stanley Beauty Suites on West Camino San Xavier. The studio describes its work as personalized and results-driven, and every treatment is given one-on-one in a private suite.

Services are by appointment only, and the studio is closed on Sundays. The facial menu covers the Sorella Customized Facial, a 60-minute treatment with Sorella Apothecary products that includes gentle exfoliation, extractions as needed, facial massage and a nourishing mask. The Foaming Enzyme Facial is a 60-minute iS Clinical treatment using a foaming masque with papaya and pineapple enzymes and glycolic acid. The Fire & Ice Facial is a 60-minute iS Clinical resurfacing facial followed by a cooling mask, and it requires a consultation first to confirm it suits the client's skin. The Clear Skin Facial is a 60-minute iS Clinical option for congested, oily or blemish-prone skin, with extractions, cold plasma and LED light therapy. The 45-minute Dermaplaning Facial removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, then finishes with a hydrating mask and SPF; it does not include chemical exfoliation, extractions or facial massage.

The advanced skin treatments are mostly open to existing clients only and require a consultation before booking. IMAGE Lightening Lift Peel is a 60-minute brightening peel aimed at dark spots, uneven tone, sun damage and dullness, and a series may be suggested. BioRePeel is a 60-minute skin-renewal peel using a biphasic formula with exfoliating acids, amino acids, vitamins and moisturizers, with minimal downtime; a consultation is needed before a first session. The SWiCH Age-Defying Experience is a 90-minute Circadia SWiCH treatment offered as an alternative to traditional chemical peels, and it comes with a take-home post-care kit and a 2-week Enzyme Facial. It needs a two-week follow-up booked with the first visit. Microneedling is a 75-minute treatment that creates controlled microchannels to address fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged pores and overall skin tone, with a consultation first. BioRePeel can be combined with microneedling in a 75-minute session.

Facial waxing is limited to eyebrows and lip. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a treatment is modified or moved to another time. Clients are welcome to ask questions before booking.
