Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked too. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes ahead and to choose colors online at the salon's website before coming in. Rescheduling or canceling at least six hours before the start time avoids a card requirement for future bookings; late changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price, and arriving 10 minutes late counts as a late cancellation.
