The menu is grouped into Waxing, Nail Care, Facials, Esthetics, and Other. Nail services include a mini manicure, the studio's signature spa manicure, a strengthening treatment that uses a vitamin-infused keratin gel for dry or brittle nails, gel enhancements in two-week, three-week and full-set versions, several pedicures, and combo bookings with chip-free polish options. Brow and lash work includes waxing, hybrid tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, lower lash lifts, lash tinting, a Korean lash lift and tint, and a free consultation with an esthetician to help choose services.

The facial menu ranges from a back facial and a radiance facial suited to all skin types, including sensitive skin, to a corrective Velvet Detox Facial aimed at concerns such as acne, mature skin, hyperpigmentation, redness, texture and dehydration. The Velvet Detox Facial includes its listed treatments with no upcharge, and some skin concerns may need more than one appointment. A pumpkin enzyme peel facial uses a GlyMed peel followed by serums and a moisturizer with SPF.

Facial add-ons include LED light masking, high frequency, an ionic serum infusion, a longer massage, and manual extractions with a skin scrubber. Gift cards are sold online through Square in $25, $50, $75, $100, or custom amounts, can be sent to the buyer or to a recipient by text or email, and can be pooled into a group gift. Gift card balances can be reloaded and checked online.

Treatments are offered as single services, add-ons and combined packages, with a free brow and lash consultation to help clients choose what to book.
