Patients pay directly because the practice is cash-based and does not bill insurance, but depending on the patient's plan, many services may qualify for HSA or FSA funds.

A first visit is a consultation of about 45 minutes that covers health history, a skin assessment and a written plan listing the price of each step and the total. Nothing has to be booked from that plan, and prices shown elsewhere are starting points. Pre-visit forms are completed in the Prospyr Patient Portal before arrival, and questions can be sent through the portal or by call or text.

The menu spans injectables such as wrinkle relaxers, Sculptra and under-eye PDGF; facials and skin rejuvenation including PRX, chemical peels, NanoFusion and microneedling; Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling; IPL photofacials; Forma skin tightening; laser hair removal by area; non-surgical scalp and hair restoration; GLP-1 weight management; hormone care for women; and vitamin and wellness injections. Visits may include an InBody body composition scan, a grip-strength test or the Aura Reality face scan.

In-person visits are held in Roseville, with satellite appointment days in Orangevale and San Ramon. Follow-ups and many wellness visits can be done by telehealth anywhere in California, and Wednesdays are reserved for telehealth only. Open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am to 1pm, and Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 6pm; closed Sundays. Three optional memberships are available: Foundation at $98 per month, Elevate at $149, and Transform at $289. Each builds a monthly credit that can go toward care, and members also receive member pricing. Payment plans through Cherry, CareCredit and PatientFi are available. The $50 aesthetic consultation fee is credited toward treatment completed within 30 days.

Builds care from the foundation up, starting with hormones, metabolism and labs before moving to structure, surface and expression work. Three care plans are matched to each patient rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatment.

Set in an individual suite inside a salon building rather than a storefront, entered through the main entrance.
