The menu groups filler by area: lip and smile line products from several manufacturers, half-syringe lip options, an under-eye filler, cheek, jaw and chin filler, and a dissolver for filler that is no longer wanted. Neurotoxin is offered for forehead lines, crow's feet and glabella lines, and the practice also lists treatments for facial slimming through the masseter and for platysmal bands, which it calls the Nefertiti lift. Filler is described as addressing tear troughs, cheeks, chin, jaw definition, jowls, lines and folds, and overall facial balance.
Visits are booked by appointment. Clients must be at least 18, arrive with a clean face and a valid photo ID, and complete consent forms sent by email beforehand. Free parking is available on the second floor of the Strada/Studio Elements garage, except for accessible spots, which require a permit, and metered street parking is nearby. The studio is about ten minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and a few minutes from the Brightline station.
Deposits follow a set rule. Established clients, meaning anyone who has met Noya at any prior or current location, do not pay one, but they receive a confirmation text the day before and need to reply that day. New clients referred by a current client can skip the deposit by listing the referrer's name in the booking notes. Other new clients pay a deposit. Two established clients may share one filler appointment.
Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid dental work, aesthetic facial treatments and vaccinations for two weeks either side of the appointment, to avoid alcohol and common over-the-counter pain relievers for a day before and after, and to skip exercise for 24 hours afterward unless a doctor has advised daily aspirin. Pregnant or nursing clients, those planning a pregnancy, and anyone with an active cold sore are not eligible. Gift cards are sold, and the business describes them as a gift of self-love.
Injectable treatments are booked by appointment only, with pre-visit rules and deposit requirements set out in advance.
