Wigs are the core of the business. The stylist sources raw hair and builds custom pieces, and clients can also bring their own bundles for a custom closure or frontal wig. Wigs that were not originally installed by the business carry a customization fee, and a more customized Lagos hairline is available for an additional fee.

Clients are asked to read all booking details before booking and to text first if they are unsure. Wigs and natural hair must be dry, clean and free of oils, creams and residue before an install, and natural hair should be combed out or blown out. Wigs brought in from outside are dropped off one to two days before the appointment, or two to three weeks ahead for some events. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a $25 late fee is charged, and arriving 15 or more minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and the full payment is forfeited. There are no refunds.

Bookings outside those hours or on short notice can be made with a $30 squeeze-in fee, subject to limited availability and non-refundable. On-location visits add a $75 home service fee and a $2.00 per mile round-trip travel fee from the Fort Worth base, plus parking, tolls and lodging. Wig spa turnaround is 7 to 14 business days, wig revamp 14 to 20 business days, and reconstruction, lace replacement and coloring about 14 business days, with clients covering shipping both ways for mailed wigs.
