Treatments are built around restoring skin health and resilience over time rather than quick fixes. The studio uses microbiome-focused skincare, which works with the skin's own beneficial bacteria, and recommends home-care products chosen for microbiome support that clients use between visits. The studio carries Esse Skincare, which it describes as probiotic-based, organic and ethically formulated, and says its Esse ingredients are hormone-safe and free from harsh chemicals.

A first visit usually begins with an in-depth consultation covering skin concerns, routine and goals, followed by a tailored plan. New clients are recommended to book The Essential Facial, a 60-minute treatment with a double cleanse, gentle exfoliant, extractions if needed, facial massage, neck, decollete, arm and scalp massage, a treatment mask and finishing products. A cool globe massage can be added on request. The Enhanced Facial runs 75 minutes and lets clients choose one modality, such as Live Probiotic Treatment, Repair Duo, dermaplaning, Nano-Infusion, Nano-Oxygen Infusion, LED Therapy, a Custom Corrective Peel or High Frequency. Live Probiotic Treatment and Repair Duo cannot be combined. The Corrective Facial runs 90 minutes and allows two modalities, and The Transformative Facial runs 105 minutes and allows three.

Clients see the same esthetician at every visit rather than rotating staff. The booking site lists hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday through Saturday, with Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday closed, and afterhours appointments can be requested. A credit card secures reservations, which are the preferred way to book. Cancellations and no-shows made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the total service cost, and late clients may not receive their full appointment time.
