Testing is a large part of the menu. The InBody composition test takes about 30 seconds and reports weight, body fat, water, skeletal muscle, visceral fat and phase angle. Heart rate variability stress testing gives a baseline of autonomic balance, with progress checks that compare results after therapies. Heavy metal and mineral biomarker testing begins with a baseline Oligoscan assessment, followed by progress checks. Consultations range from short planning sessions to a two-and-a-half-hour wellness transformation visit that covers toxic biomarker assessment, HRV markers and antioxidant levels. HRV before-and-after testing for research purposes is kept in-house and is not discussed with the client until therapy ends.

Body and recovery work covers several modalities. Functional Sculpt uses deep electrical stimulation to build and tone muscle groups, and the center describes its sculpting services as evidence-driven and personalized. Spot treatments combine electrical muscle stimulation with cavitation and vacuum therapy. The accelerated fitness studio uses a CAROL bike and a vibration plate, with a 30-minute introduction for new users that includes a complimentary InBody test. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions run 60 minutes, and the center describes its chamber as medical-grade; clients must be able to get in and out of the chamber on their own from a lying position. A two-chair setup allows two treatments at once. Flowpresso, a 60-minute session combining compression, infrared heat and deep-pressure stimulation, is called the center's most popular recovery therapy, and clients should arrive hydrated. Red light sessions take place undressed in a private room on an open, bed-style lounger.

Skin and nervous system services round out the menu. PRX Glow Preview is a 45-minute needle-free biostimulator treatment that the center describes as smoothing, firming and brightening, with no downtime. Microneedling is added to PRX or PRX-Plus, requires a topical anesthetic and includes a 40-minute wait, and photo follow-ups are visual skin checks without treatment.
