It covers a consultation about skin care goals and options, a skin analysis and a facial. Treatment plans are built around the client's concerns, such as acne, scarring, discoloration or anti-aging. Clients also learn how to care for their skin at home and which ingredients to look for in home products.
The facial menu includes The Signature, a 90-minute facial, and the Hydrofacial, which takes about an hour. The salon describes the Hydrofacial as safe for all skin types. The Signature Back Experience is a 50-minute body treatment priced at $175, and the site states it is provided by a licensed skin care professional under Florida state guidelines.
Booking is first come, first served through online availability, and clients are asked to complete a client preference form before their visit. A new client intake form is required, along with separate consent forms for microneedling and chemical peels. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the service applies. Clients can join the email list for discounts and specials, and eGift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.
Skin is examined at each treatment, and products are selected for what the skin needs that day, with customized plans and home-care education.
