Visits usually begin with a complimentary consultation to talk through each client's goals and shape a personalized treatment plan. The injectable menu is broad, from wrinkle relaxer for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet to facial slimming through the masseter muscles, facial balancing that pairs dermal fillers with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, and a non-surgical BBL that uses injectable biostimulators for buttock volume. Hyperhidrosis treatment with wrinkle relaxer is offered for excess sweating in the underarms, hands or hairline.

Lip services include lip flip, which uses a small amount of wrinkle relaxer on the upper lip, and lip rejuvenation, available as a touch-up, mini or full treatment to restore volume, define shape and add hydration. Filler dissolving with hyaluronidase is offered for clients who want unwanted filler reduced.

On the skin side, chemical peels target fine lines, uneven tone and texture, and microneedling with exosomes addresses texture, acne scars and fine lines, priced by area. Skin care facials are customized and use Biologique Recherche products.

Regular clients can join Bronze, Silver or Gold memberships, billed monthly with the payment banked toward future treatments. Silver includes 5% off regularly priced services and Gold includes 10% off, with a 3-month minimum commitment. Cherry financing is also offered, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as shorter notice may bring a cancellation fee. A $50 non-refundable fee applies to no-shows or late arrivals without notice and must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show at staff discretion.
