The salon is below ground level on the lower level of the Sheraton Hotel and is reached by elevator; the concierge at the hotel front desk can give directions. The nearest subway is the 7 train to Main St. Flushing. Hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 7pm. There are phone lines for English and Chinese speakers, and online booking allows group appointments for yourself and others.
Color services range from an all-over color with a wide selection of shades to root touch-ups without bleach, bleach and tone, and toning after coloring or bleaching. Balayage is hand-painted for a soft, blended finish, and Foilage combines balayage with traditional foil highlights. Vibrant and pastel shades are also offered. The online booking page lists starting prices, which may change after a consultation.
The Smoothing Repair Hair Treatment is a four-step deep repair conditioning treatment that the salon says can last up to five weeks. It is designed for severely damaged, over-processed hair and is formulated for fine, normal and coarse textures. It is sold in store only.
