A visit begins with a consultation, and treatment plans are shaped around a patient's anatomy, lifestyle and goals. For comfort, the clinic uses Cryo 6 cooling for select procedures, Pro-Nox to help patients stay relaxed, and a smoke evacuation system during treatments. The clinic describes its space as refined, welcoming and luxurious. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The wellness menu, offered in partnership with Formula Wellness, includes medical weight loss, which may include GLP-1 medications when appropriate after a comprehensive consultation, the O-Shot (a treatment using platelet-rich plasma drawn from the patient's own blood), medical-grade vitamin injections, and EMSELLA®, which the site describes as a noninvasive treatment that strengthens pelvic floor muscles. Planned Formula Wellness additions include diagnostics, hormone balance and metabolic health programs, IV therapy and concierge medicine.
Financing is available through Cherry payment plans, which the clinic says involve no hard credit checks and may include 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and through CareCredit. A $50.00 non-refundable fee is required at booking of any procedure and goes toward the appointment if kept. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours, or a no-show, forfeits it, while at least 48 hours notice allows it to move to a future booking. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have treatment honored at the clinic's discretion. A 3.2% processing fee applies to card payments. Pre-paid services expire one year after purchase and, along with products, are non-refundable.
