Nourish Skin & Wellness is a skincare studio in northwest Houston that combines facials, brow services, and waxing with wider whole-body wellness offerings. The studio says its treatments aim at healing from the inside out and describes its facials as results-driven.

The signature Skin Reset Facial is a customized treatment of about an hour and a half, starting at $150. A visit includes a foot soak, a skin assessment, a tailored treatment, and guidance on home care. The facial is shaped around concerns the studio lists, including acne, congestion, uneven tone, dehydration, sensitivity, pigmentation, and visible signs of aging.

Clients whose last facial was six months or more ago are asked to book a New Client Skin Reset, which includes an updated skin assessment and a fresh treatment plan.

Brow sculpting takes 30 minutes or more and is priced at $30. Brows are mapped first so the shape suits the client's face and style, then shaped, trimmed, and tweezed. The service ends with a brow massage, a hydro-jelly mask, nourishing brow oil, Buff Brows gel, and highlighting.

Waxing is offered for the chin, lip, and underarm. The studio picks soft or hard wax according to how sensitive a client's skin is, and each waxing service is finished with a hydro-jelly mask and a non-comedogenic moisturizing oil. The studio also sells its own moisturizer, facial oil, and body oil.

Treatments are presented as holistic, with the aim of working from the inside out.
