Treatments are shaped around each client's concerns and needs. The salon says its custom facial is its most popular. The skin care menu runs from a free skin consultation to single treatments such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, radio frequency, ultrasound and high frequency, plus add-ons like extractions, enzyme treatment and facial cupping. A men's facial is tailored to men's skin care needs, and teen facials are offered for ages 12 to 17.
The rest of the menu includes Botox, with flat-rate options for areas such as the lip flip, gummy smile and neck and platysma, and per-unit pricing for general areas and bunny lines. Eyelash services include lifts, tinting, keratin treatments and removal, but the studio does not offer lash extensions. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarm-free body areas such as bikini line and shoulders.
Visits are booked in person or through the booking process rather than by phone; calls are for questions only. Botox bookings require a credit card to hold the appointment, with no charge for the hold. Cancellations made the same day, and missed appointments, carry a $35 fee. Minors may be accompanied by one parent or guardian, and other companions are not allowed in the facility during appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, debit and Apple Pay; credit cards are accepted only from active members. Tips cannot be made by credit card, and all sales are final with no refunds.
