Appointments are held at the Ace Storage Office building on Kelley Avenue, where staff meet clients in the lobby. The clinic is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

The facial menu runs from a 65-minute Recharge with steam cleanse, hydration, aromatherapy and lymphatic drainage for the face, neck and shoulders, to a 65-minute Detox built around double cleansing, enzyme exfoliation and deep pore cleansing. The Define is a 90-minute lifting facial using cooling globes and targeted lymphatic drainage. The Signature LUXE is a 90-minute customized facial that finishes with an extended sculpting massage. A Tween Clean facial is offered for ages 12 to 16, and a parent or guardian must be present.

Beyond facials, the clinic offers dermaplaning as a 60-minute precision exfoliation with a customized mask, a LUXE version of that treatment that was formerly known as the Bombshell Facial, and 45-minute targeted peels paired with barrier-supporting serums. Red light treatment uses red and near-infrared light without invasive methods, and the clinic recommends it three times per week, with a plan based on each client's goals. A 60-minute body treatment covers one area per session: the back, chest or shoulders.

Several booking rules apply. First-time clients pay a deposit for some services. The fee for a Skin Strategy Session consultation can be applied in full to a later treatment. A cancellation made with under a day's notice, or a missed appointment without notice, costs 75% of the booked service's price. A change to an appointment made less than 24 hours before its start time is charged at the full service price, held as credit for the replacement booking. Making a booking means accepting this cancellation policy.
