Jenn Roche owns the studio and works there as its holistic esthetician. Every visit begins with a skin analysis or consultation, and the treatment is adjusted to the skin on the day. Clients do not need to change clothes; for Custom Advanced facials, which reach the neck and decollete, a camisole or tank top is requested, and wraps are available. Makeup can stay on. Most facials have no downtime, the advanced Winter Peel Series being the exception.

The core facials are Square One at $150, a consultation-based visit that is usually recommended for first-time clients or anyone returning to professional skincare, and Custom Advanced at $180, which combines dermaplaning, diamond dermabrasion, extractions if needed, manual lymphatic massage, cold-globe contrast therapy and a scalp massage. A Custom Advanced+ version adds a custom peel for $245. The Northstar Nanofacial, at 75 minutes and $245, uses a microchanneling device with serums on the face, neck, chest and backs of the hands, and is recommended as a series of three. Other options include the Dermaplane, Diamond Dermabrasion and Essential facials at $135 each, and a seasonal Apple Spice Facial at $160.

Sound sessions are a separate offering, combining tuning forks placed near or on the body with gentle energy work. A private session with Jenn runs 45 minutes for $85. Reiki also appears among the bookable options. Waxing ranges from underarms at $30 to full leg at $90, with body waxing offered only to clients over 18. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to receive any service.

Treatments are non-invasive and built around each session rather than a fixed protocol. Education comes before sales, and clients are never obligated to buy products.
