Surgical procedures take place at The Greater Atlanta Plastic Surgery Center, an outpatient facility of over 4,000 square feet that performs only cosmetic surgery and, according to the practice, holds AAAASF accreditation. The center has two operating rooms, plus pre-op, post-op and reception areas. Board-certified anesthesiologists with staff privileges at nearby hospitals administer anesthesia and stay with each patient through both the procedure and recovery. Surgeons hold credentials at several area hospitals. To maintain accreditation, the center carries out periodic internal self-surveys and onsite re-surveys by an independent third party. The practice reports that the Association of PeriOperative Nurses recently named the center a Center of Excellence in Surgical Safety.

Every new client receives an in-depth consultation that includes a physical evaluation, a review of medical and surgical history, and a conversation about goals and aesthetic preferences. Virtual consultations are available, and out-of-town patients can find a dedicated information page. Surgical patients meet their surgeon ahead of the day to ask any remaining questions. In pre-op, the lighting is dimmed and music and warm blankets are offered, and a relaxing medication is given through an IV before the patient moves on. After surgery the surgeon updates family members on recovery. Recovery usually runs 30 to 60 minutes, after which stable patients go home to continue healing.

Northside Spa describes itself as a skincare and pampering destination in the Atlanta area. Its menu covers facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lymphatic massage, IPL photofacial, Latisse, HydraFacial MD and B12 injections. The practice also sells its own skincare line, which includes botanical and antioxidant formulas, oil-free makeup, cleansers, exfoliants and moisturizers, and offers skincare gifts for friends and family.
