The spa has served clients at its Glenview location for more than 18 years. Its menu covers nails, skin care, eyelashes, brows, hair removal and threading, with ear candling and microblading also on offer.

Nail services run from basic manicures and pedicures to No Chip systems and soft gel extensions, and manicure and pedicure pairings are sold as combination packages. The spa says it is best known for its organic No Chip Manicure, which it describes as strengthening the nails and lasting up to four weeks.

These include Hydradermie versions by skin goal, the Age Summum anti-aging facial, Detoxygen, and PCA Peels using PCA Skin products. Facials use Guinot products, and microdermabrasion is available alone, with a facial, or with a PCA Peel.

Pedicures and facials take place in private treatment rooms. Pedicures use disposable tub liners, and No Chip Manicures include UV/LED ray protection gloves. Online booking is open around the clock, with confirmation by email. Changes and cancellations are made by phone or by a note with a new booking. Clients who want a particular nail technician should write the name in the booking comment box, since otherwise appointments may be moved to another technician to balance schedules.

Hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Saturday appointments after 5:00 pm by appointment only. The spa is closed on Sundays. Birthday, bridal, corporate and girls' night parties can be arranged by phone with package options, and guests may bring their own snacks, drinks, food or music CD. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, can be emailed or printed, are non-refundable, and are not valid with promotions but may be applied toward gratuity.

The spa pairs named product systems with specific services, such as Guinot for facials, PCA Skin for peels and Dazzle Dry or gel systems for nails.
