Lash and brow work are central to the menu. Extensions are applied with NovaLash adhesive and NovaLash extensions. A full set takes about three hours and is shaped to each client's style, with classic and mega volume priced the same. Each full set comes with an aftercare kit that includes a lash bath and cleansing brush, mascara wands, hydrating eye pads and a loyalty punch card. A lash lift and tint includes a keratin treatment and takes an hour. Brow tinting and combo appointments use Brow Code Hybrid Stain, while henna brows use Brow Code henna and take an hour; the salon says henna can last up to six weeks on brow hair and two weeks on skin. Brow lamination includes a tint and is shaped to the client's preferred brow.

Waxing covers body, brow, face and Brazilian areas. Options range from a single ear or chin to a full leg, full arm or full face, and from a bikini wax to a full Brazilian. Waxing is currently offered only to clients with a vagina. Booking requires a valid credit card on file, and electronic waivers and forms must be completed and submitted before the appointment; they are emailed after booking. Cancellations need 48 hours notice to avoid a late fee. Cancelling within 48 hours costs 50% of the service charge, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Lash fills are priced by how soon the client returns, and a full set is needed if more than five weeks have passed since the last appointment.
