It operates on its own within The Wei Wellness space, and clients enter through that studio's front door for appointments.

Each visit begins with a brief consultation so treatments can be tailored to the individual. The studio describes its care as personal and says it does not push products or chase perfection. Clients are treated as whole people rather than as a skin type or a single concern.

Custom facials come in 45, 60, and 75 minute versions. The 45 minute facial is $155, the 60 minute facial starts at $175 and goes up to $230, and the 75 minute facial starts at $195 and goes up to $250. Microneedling is listed at $325 to $415 and is described as a minimally invasive treatment meant to encourage collagen and elastin, with the aim of softening the look of scarring, sun damage, and fine lines. A consultation is required before a first microneedling treatment, and LED light therapy can be added to it.

Hair removal is done with sugaring. Options include underarms at $40, bikini sugaring at $60, an extended bikini at $65, and a full Brazilian at $80 for clients with a vagina. Brazilian Maintenance at $70 is reserved for returning clients who had a Brazilian within the last 4 to 6 weeks; otherwise a full Brazilian is booked. Other sugaring areas include arms, back, chest, face, legs, and smaller facial areas.

Lash and brow services include lash lifts, lash and brow tints made from custom-blended vegetable-based color, brow lamination, and brow shaping with sugaring. Combined packages are offered, including a lash lift with lash tint at $155 and a lash lift, lash tint, brow tint, and brow lamination together at $300.

Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients who have three no-shows can no longer book. Gift cards are available as eGift cards in $50, $100, $150, or $200 amounts or a custom amount.
