A visit usually starts with a free 20-minute lamination consultation, where brow goals are discussed and the brows are mapped before any treatment. Brow lamination uses a chemical solution to realign brow hairs, and the site describes its results as lasting up to six weeks. If needed, a brow wax is added during lamination at no extra charge. Combined sets add wax and tint, ranging from Lami and Sculpt at $55 to the Triple Sculpt Set at $65.

Lash services use mink lash clusters in Wispy, Classic or Volume styles. Express Lashes take 30 minutes at $35, and the site describes them as lasting seven or more days. Clients with lashes from another lash tech should book a removal first, and cluster removal takes 15 minutes at $5. Across the full menu, prices run from $5 to $65.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance paid at the end of the appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead receive a full refund, while no-shows forfeit the deposit. If the studio cannot fulfill a scheduled appointment, the deposit is returned in full. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and clients can reschedule up to two times before rebooking with a new deposit. First-time clients complete a brief verification step before their appointment is confirmed. Children are not allowed at appointments, and texting is the preferred way to reach Eron before a visit.

Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. Brows should be clean and free of makeup, and mascara, lash serum and eyeliner should be avoided before lash appointments. Comfortable clothing is recommended because clients lie down for an extended period.
